Chae Dong Ha (Forever SG Wannabe member)

I was quite upset when Chae Dong Ha has decided to leave SG Wannabe to pursue his individual career. I read in some forums which people comments on his decision to leave SG Wannabe. Some show their continuous support but some have said him as a selfish person who only thinks of himself. Whatever it is, I would always support him even though he is not part of SG Wannabe anymore.

On 24 Apr, SG Wannabe has released their 5th album titled "My Friend". In this album, you will get to hear the new member, Lee Suk Hoon voice. His voices is good and stands out only when he sings alone. As in some of the tracks when the threesome sings together, I can only hear Lee Seok Hoon voice and a bit of Jin Ho. Yong Jun voice was completely lost amidst the other vocals. There is somehow a lack of harmony in between them and this will need time to reach the standard as they used to be.

I still prefer the original SG Wannabe as all the members’ voices blended in spectacularly. SG wannabe is well-known of their powerful heart-moving vocals. In their previous songs, Dongha, Yong Jun and Jin Ho have displayed emotion in their singing styles which we can hear and feel it. Now, with the new member, we are losing that feel. On April 27, in SBS Inkigayo, Chae Dong Ha cried during SG Wanna Be’s performance of its new song “Bogoshipda” which marked his last stage with the group’s 2 other members, Kim Yong Jun and Kim Jin Ho. So Sad...

After listening to SG wannabe's 5th album, I am a bit disappointed as I feel Dongha can do so much better than Lee Seok Hoon. This album is only fairly-good compared to their previous works. "Bogoshipda", the 4th track of this album was the last works Dongha participated as part of SG Wannabe. This song was remade with Seok Hoon, and Dong Ha only gets to sing one of the last lines in the song. I listen to the original version and the remake version, I am sad that the original version sounds absolutely beautiful.

Although, the brother figure Chae Dong Ha has left the group, I believe his friendship with Yong Jun and Jin Ho will stay on forever :)

Lastly, I wish Dongha all the best in his future endeavours and will continue to support him. As for SG Wannabe, I will continue to support them especially Yong Jun and Jin Ho :)

Through a SBS talent show in 2006, Joo was discovered by Park Jin Young, the manager of JYP Entertainment. After three-years of training, this 16-year-old singer debuted with her first single album "Young Woman" on Jan, 18. Her title song, Namja Ddehmooneh ("Because of a Man") was written and composed by Park Jin Young which topped the fourth place in 2 weeks.

However, Joo was soon targeted by the so-called “anti-fans,” who blasted her not so exemplary past showing her playing pool, wearing skimpy clothes, and even drinking and smoking with her friends during her middle school years. Apparently, her looks changed drastically from her present, strongly suggesting that she had plastic surgery.

Joo’s management company immediately went into damage control, explaining that she was too young and curious to know any better at that age and she has never touched alcohol or cigarettes once she started training with the JYP Entertainment.
